All achieved through multiple communication channels like SMS, RCS, Email, Viber, and other chat apps.

Description of the role
The main responsibilities of the Support Intern are supporting the customers and taking care of their daily needs.

Key duties and responsibilities
• Managing the incoming customers’ requests
• Monitoring messages’ traffic
• Secretarial duties of the call center
• Keeping policies and procedures
• Promote customer focus
• Obtain customer feedback relating to services
• Record customer requirements
• Monitor customer satisfaction

Desired Qualifications
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and verbal communication in English

Soft Skills
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Desire for personal development
• Be patient and focus on details
